In 2015, Nadia graduated with a Bachelor of Laws with Distinction from the University of Western Australia. In July 2017, she was admitted as a legal practitioner and commenced practice with a focus on employment law, state taxation matters and probate and deceased estates.

In 2013, while attending the University of Western Australia, her interest was piqued by employment law. This resulted in her competing and winning the UWA prize for the subject that year.

Her Bachelor of Laws is complemented by her education and experience: –

• Graduate Diploma in State Taxation (with Distinction) from the University of Western  Australia
• Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law
• Bachelor of Business in Management and Information Systems from Edith Cowan University

Nadia worked in a variety of roles during her near ten-year career at the Office of State Revenue.

Notable roles include:

• Member of the legislation branch rewrite team. This involved working on the preparation of the Duties Act 2008 (WA).
• Worked in stamp duty, duties and land tax.
• Member of the technical advice and specialist services team working on land holding and major corporate reconstruction matters.
• Providing advice on revenue matters to other departments of the Office of State Revenue.
