Joshua graduated from Murdoch University with a Bachelor of Laws in 2023 and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia in April 2024. He first started at Robertson Hayles Lawyers as a law clerk in 2022 while he was undergoing his studies. After completing his practical legal training at a legal practice which provided him with exposure to criminal law, Joshua returned to Robertson Hayles Lawyers to commence his career as an admitted lawyer.

Joshua works primarily in the area of property law and settlements. He also assists the senior lawyers at Robertson Hayles Lawyers in a wide area of the law including wills and estates, bankruptcy, administrative law, civil litigation and family law.

Having the opportunity to experience legal practice firsthand for the past 2 years, Joshua believes that there are no short cuts to achieving competency in the law except through solid hard work. He is passionate about building a practice which is client focussed and delivering good quality legal service in a cost-efficient manner.
